Dr. Tracey S. Mendel earned her B.S. degree from Bloomfield College in NJ. Venturing west, she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, OR.
After 10 years in a private family practice in Portland, Dr. Mendel moved her family back to NJ to be closer to her and her husbands family.
Bringing some of the best of the West Coast energy to NJ, Dr. Mendel uses an ecclectic approach to her practice trying to meet the needs of various practice members. She continues her education with coursework that includes light force methods (Network Spinal Analysis and BGI) as well as the more traditional methods of Chiropractic. She likes to incorperate soft tissue massage, proprioceptive techinques and neuromuscular re-education. This lets the practice member feel empowered that they take a role in their healthcare.
When not at her office, you can find Dr. Tracey at a local baseball field, basketball court or soccer field watching her two older sons with her infant son in tow!
