*How do I start a Chapter in my area? And other FAQ: Answer
*Interested in starting a Chapter in your Community, please call us: 973-300-1184
*Chapter Meetings are open to both the Holistic Professional and the Community to learn about holistic products & services, meet those providers that are in your community, business development, engage in heart warming discussions, to build community within our industry and community in which we live. You will also meet providers from other areas...again a great way to meet and build an outreach referral base.

*We demonstrate “MARCI™” (Mindfulness, Awareness, Responsibility, Compassion, and Intuition) across the Board of HMN in order to raise our consciousness to how we show up in “all that we do and say”.
“I would be in a much different place without this organization supporting me. I have met so many wonderful people and learned from each and every one of them. I have been able to put new business practices into affect and seen results, I have developed new friendships, new networking opportunities, I have been introduced to new modalities and been able to grow spiritually through all of these experiences that I would not have had without the Holistic Mentorship Network.” by Eileen Maciejunes, Leadership Team: Facilitates the Washington, NJ Chapter; Holistic Health Counselor, Massage Therapist, Reiki Master/Teacher, Psychic Medium & Henna Artist

Business/Personal/Educational:Shadow Work Embracing your Shadow to Find your Light! Speaker: Junie Moon Schreiber Shadow work is a personal growth process which brings your divine gifts out of shadow and into the light. We all have these gifts within us but we don't always allow ourselves to use them. We have been hurt, and we have learned to hide parts of ourselves so we don't get hurt again. We have made decisions throughout our lives, sometimes unconsciously, to NOT do certain things so we DON'T get hurt. Wonderful in theory but these same decisions that keep us safe sometimes block us from our passions and goals.
Come learn more about what blocks you from achieving success. Your shadows are like a gold mine of creative, useful energy. Come learn more about the shadow and discover your hidden golden nuggets of strength and power.
& Topic:Animal Communication Spotlight Speaker:Barbara Goodfriend Animal communication is an understanding spoken between species whose hearts and minds are linked through mutual love. It is a thread that weaves interaction in the wild. It brings us deeper levels of compassion and learning in the domesticated world. It is very tangible and beneficial for both the animal and human involved.
Animal communication has many applications ranging from healing behavioral concerns, health issues, grief, family adjustment including the possibility of retrieving runaway pets. A communication can benefit an animal's recovery from trauma and can give us insight to competition or performance issues.
Many times we are able to receive the animal's perspective on it's sense of purpose in your family, it's group or herd. You will feel the animal's love and gratitude and gain profound comfort at times of stress and loss. Sharing this skill can benefit an animal's stay in a shelter and increase the success of rescue, foster and adoption. A communication can enhance the benefits of pet therapy visits and the ongoing training and bonding of assistance pets and their partners. Barbara Goodfriend is a sensitive and animal intuitive, experiencing life through her natural gifts of telepathy, clairsentience, clairaudience and clairvoyance. She has had the ability to communicate with animals since childhood. Barbara has been working nationally as a professional animal communicator for over ten years. Her work is featured on the radio, in newspapers and on television. She is the national columnist on animal communication for Examiner.com.
