She was one of the first to open a Holistic Health Care facility in New Jersey ; she worked on the committee of holistic programming for CNBC; and, has sponsored speakers such as Dr. Bernie Siegel and Deepak Chopra and later became a student. SuZen has been trained directly by Richard Bandler, the engineer and founder of neuro-linguistic programming, and John LaValle. Certified in Design Human Engineering, she is a Louise Hay trainer and has trained with Dan Milman, Steward Wilde, Wayne Dwyer, Shacti Gwaine, and many others. Over the past several years, she has studied Flying Star Feng Shui with Masters from China, Japan, and England to help parents in the design of their homes and children's rooms that match the elemental needs of the child for feelings of well-being.
