Structural Integration can provide relief from are:
| Structural IntegrationDirected toward the ligaments, muscles, tends, and the surrounding connective tissue of the Myofascial System, Structural Integration is a form of body restructuring and re-education through movement and touch. By releasing the body's patterns of tension, the force of gravity is allowed to flow through the body, thus realigning and rebalancing it. During Structural Integration , which is made up of ten separate work sessions, different angles and degrees of physical pressure are used to stretch and guide fascia to a place of easier movement. This is not intended to “cure” any one symptom itself. Rather, the goal is to create a more resilient, high-energy Myofascial system, free of inhibitions caused by past trauma, injury, etc. PractitionersStephen Tortorello
