Personal Training is done by a personal trainer. A personal trainer is a health and fitness professional who has been hired for private instruction to help a client reach his or her personal fitness goal(s). The emphasis on personal training should come from the personal trainer's understanding of what works best for his or her client. It is not just about pushing someone hard. It is more about exercising at an effective level to achieve the desired goal(s), while learning the correct way to perform a specific exercise.
