Feldenkrais

Developed by Russian-born Israeli educator Moshe Feldenkrais, Feldenkrais uses a method that establishes new connection between the brain and body by using movement re-education.

There are two different formats of Feldenkrais that are used. The first format is known as Functional Integration . During these one-on-one sessions, a teacher uses hands-on techniques to guide the student to new forms of movement. In the second format, known as Awareness Through Movement , classes are held as group sessions in which the teacher verbally guides students through repatterning.

Feldenkrais is for anyone who wants to reconnect with their natural abilities to move, think and feel.
